About Us

Briarwood Partners is a private investment firm that invests in middle-market companies across the United States.  Briarwood has specific expertise in industrial services, waste, infrastructure, transportation, logistics, light manufacturing, aviation, midstream and downstream service businesses.

Briarwood’s objective is to, over time, build a diversified portfolio of businesses that generate outsized returns on capital by partnering with successful entrepreneurs and assisting management in increasing the value of the collective investment in the business.  We buy businesses and expect to own those companies forever but will remain opportunistic sellers for the right price.

Our core values guide how we treat each other and our partners.  We believe in uncompromising integrity, humility, hard work, a bias for action and having fun.
